Terms of Use

Last updated: September 23, 2026

By using IndieRevenue (the iOS app and website at indierevenue.app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

The service

IndieRevenue provides tools to track income journeys, milestones, projects, and optional public profiles for indies. Features may change as we improve the product. Some features (such as featuring a public web profile) may require an in-app purchase or subscription processed by Apple.

Your account

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping linked credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information you choose to publish.
  • You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse IndieRevenue, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the service, scraping at abusive rates, or publishing illegal, infringing, or harmful content on public profiles.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service, including public pages you enable.

Purchases & subscriptions

Paid features, including subscriptions, are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds and billing disputes for Apple purchases are handled under Apple’s terms and policies.

IndieRevenue subscriptions are governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Disclaimers

IndieRevenue is provided “as is.” Income totals and insights depend on data you enter and do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
